Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest occurs when there are economic, professional, or personal relationships between authors, reviewers, or members of the Editorial Board that may influence the evaluation of the text or the decision-making process regarding publication in "Civitas. Studies in Political Philosophy."

Conflicts of interest may also include the participation of the above individuals in joint projects, past joint publications, or professional or political rivalry.

An author, reviewer, or member of the Editorial Board who experiences any conflict of interest is obligated to report this fact to the journal's editor-in-chief.
