The paper primarily focuses on the cybersecurity policies of the three South Caucasus states: Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, highlighting key challenges such as building a resilient and innovative cyber space as a condition for state development. A common denominator for these countries is the recognition of the need for digital transformation and efforts toward an innovative political, economic, and social space based on the application of new technologies. In the international context, the paper emphasises the importance of cyberpower as a key element of a state’s capacity to defend against cyber threats, which can contribute to enhancing its position on the global stage. In the face of geopolitical changes, the development of cyber potential becomes a priority for these states concerning their security and international cooperation.
