For reviewers
By submitting a manuscript, an Author agrees the article be subject to the review process. Each and every text is first subject to an Editorial screening. The manuscripts are reviewed by competent and reliable experts, the reviews are confidential and anonymous (double-blind review). The reviews are conducted by two external experts (not employed in the institute or university publishing the Annual), whereby a minimum qualification for a reviewer is a doctoral degree. The reviewers shall not be employed in the same university or institute as the author and there shall be no conflict of interest between the reviewer and the author. The Author receives the review and is consequently informed about the results of the review process. Therefore, the Author is obliged to make any necessary corrections as suggested by the reviewers. Any communication between the Author and the Reviewer is conducted by the Editors.
