Interwencje w Afganistanie i Iraku a relacja polityki i wojny w teorii Clausewitza


Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest zaproponowanie, w oparciu o autorską syntezę myśli Clausewitza, koncepcji modelu, który stanowiłby analityczną ramę porządkującą podejście do relacji polityki i wojny oraz wykorzystania siły militarnej. Model ten może okazać się pomocny zarówno w ocenie przyczyn polityczno-militarnych porażek w Iraku i Afganistanie, jak i w podejściu do zaangażowania wojsk w przyszłe operacje. Jego najważniejszą zaletą w porównaniu do dominujących w świecie zachodnim sposobów myślenia o wojnie jest zdecydowane rozszerzenie zakresu odpowiedzialności sfery politycznej, która jest w nim nie tylko domeną politycznych decyzji, ale również analizy warunkującej sensowność dalszych kroków.
