Integracja teorii podatności i koncepcji intersekcjonalności jako szansa utworzenia narzędzi do niestygmatyzującej analizy procesów wykluczania

Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie koncepcji podatności (vulnerability) jako potencjalnego narzędzia do wielowymiarowej analizy problemów społecznych. Autor rozpoczyna od omówienia genezy refleksji naukowej nad podatnością, jej współczesnych interpretacji oraz związanej z nimi krytyki. W odpowiedzi na niedostatki tej koncepcji proponuje jej integrację z kluczowymi założeniami teorii intersekcjonalności, co umożliwia bardziej zniuansowaną analizę problemów społecznych, szczególnie tych bezpośrednio powiązanych z tematyką kryzysu zdrowia psychicznego. Autor wykorzystuje tę ramę teoretyczną do analizy wybranych polityk publicznych skierowanych na przeciwdziałanie tym problemom, wskazując na ich ograniczenia oraz konieczność lepszego dostosowania do zróżnicowanych potrzeb grup szczególnie narażonych na zagrożenia. Artykuł kończy się rekomendacjami dotyczącymi wykorzystania koncepcji podatności w celu efektywniejszej realizacji polityk zdrowotnych i społecznych, z naciskiem na uwzględnienie złożoności zjawisk społecznych oraz intersekcjonalnych wymiarów podatności poszczególnych jednostek i grup.
