The article presents the results of a qualitative study on the links between denialist attitudes and trust in health care institutions. 13 in-depth individual interviews with people presenting denialist attitudes were subjected to qualitative content analysis using the MaxQda program. As a result of the analysis, the narratives appearing in the interviews were divided into subgroups: skeptical confused, skeptical common sense, skeptical individualistic and denialistic. The statements show the existence of a relationship between negationist views, trust in medical institutions and their representatives, and cultural processes characteristic of the period of reflective modernity.
