The aim of this article is to analyze social resourcefulness in the situation of the restriction of abortion law in Poland and the COVID-19 pandemic, making access to health care services more difficult. The starting point is the concept of social resourcefulness as a tactic of resistance, understood not only as coping with the inefficiency of the social system that does not satisfy the needs of individuals but also as a protest against the social order and any attempt to change it. The analysis covered the activities of the Federation for Women and Family Planning, Abortion Dream Team, Polish group of Women on the Web, and the Visible Hand - Reproduction. The research material consisted of information published on their websites and social media profiles. The results of the study showed various forms of informational, technical, and psychological support within the abortion self-help network. A noticeable effect of its activities, apart from increased access to abortion, is also a social activation for procreative autonomy and contributing to a cultural change in attitudes towards abortion and reproductive rights in Poland in general.
