One of the widely available and popular ways to improve well-being available to modern people is tourism. This activity is eagerly undertaken in Poland, and there is a noticeable increase in interest in this form of spending leisure time. Both well-being and tourism are complex and changing phenomena, depending on socio-cultural patterns, economic and political influences, as well as preferred lifestyles. The popularity of individual tourism is growing with the development of social media. Tourist blogs are personal documents on the basis of which one can reconstruct the image of the authors' world and their characteristics (e.g. intentions, beliefs, personality traits, attitudes), identify topics conveyed and left unsaid, describe the authors' values, self-presentations and their transformations. The aim of the article is to examine the experience of individualized tourism and show its connections with the well-being of the individual on the example of Polish-language travel blogs. The study is exploratory in nature and involves qualitative content analysis. The article sought answers to the questions: How does the experience of a blogger/tourist relate to well-being?
